• Documents & Scans: All documents, PDF files, scanned images, and edits are stored locally within your device's sandboxed storage directories. We do not upload, sync, or store your personal files on any external cloud servers.
• Usage Tracking: We do not track personal behavior, analytics, or search queries entered within the application.

2. Permissions

To provide core document scanning and file utility features, Fero Scan requests specific device permissions:

• Camera & Storage Access: Required by the document scanner engine to capture paper boundaries, perform edge-detection, and import/export local PDF files.
• Network State: Used minimally or not at all, as the app functions fully offline.

3. Third-Party Services

We do not use third-party tracking SDKs, advertising networks, or external analytics tools that monitor your activity or collect data from your device.

4. Data Security

Since no personal data is collected, tracked, or transmitted to external servers, there is no risk of your personal data being compromised from our side. All data created or modified within the app remains entirely under your control on your physical device.
